Please allow from 3-5 days for delivery inside Kuwait and 7-10 days for delivery outside Kuwait.

Delivery costs 3 K.D. Inside Kuwait & 4 K.D to GCC countries. Sometimes we have some heavy products listed which require special arrangements, if that's the case we will notify you of the increase in delivery fees.

Sure thing, If for whatever reason you don't like the product you received you can return it within 14 days of your purchase date. Just send an email to care@hawamlifestyle.com with the order details and we will process your return. Please note that the return delivery fees will be deducted from the return amount.

While it is unlikely sometimes our staff make mistakes. If you had received a defective product just send an email to care@hawamlifestyle.com with the details of the order and the defect and we will either exchange your product with a new one or give you a full refund based on your choice.

Since we're a Kuwaiti company, we charge our customers in Kuwaiti Dinar. However rest assured that the amount you see on the checkout page in KD is just the same amount in your local currency corresponding to the latest exchange rate.

In some countries online orders are taxed and the courier will collect it. If you live in either Saudi Arabia or UAE or others that have VAT or customs please expect that you will be paying a small amount depending on the laws of your country.
